Definition of Introspection from the 1828 Webster's Dictionary -
"I was formed to make an introspection into my own Mind"
We tend to everything in our Life so much and rarely give ourselves the opportunity to sit in our own silence and contemplate Life and all things in it. Something so interesting begins to happen when we give ourselves the opportunity to do this on a regular basis; Life's struggles begin to fade away effortlessly. Not by disappearing from our responsibility to get things done, rather we begin to find & see what is truly important to us and where we place our energy becomes more fundamental to us than always saying yes to everyone and everything going on around us. This helps us understand the importance of setting boundaries with those closest to us and those not so close to us!
